Royal Shakespeare Company

Its always nice when a customer moves on and contacts you with new opportunities for work. Rob Fredrickson left City Screens in 2010 and joined the RSC to head up their catering operation. Pyramid Catering Equipment worked with Rob in his previous role and as a result have been contacted to provide catering Equipment to one of the Theatre kitchens. Just goes to show that great service is always rewarded.

St Peter's Restaurant - Sandwich

Pyramid Catering Equipment first met Chef Nick Leonard at The Fellow in 2008 and then at The Owl & Pussycat in 2010. Last year Nick decided to open his own restaurant and found the perfect site in New Street, Sandwich, Kent.

Nick contacted Pyramid Catering Equipment to design and install his kitchen as he knows from past experience that he can totally trust and rely upon our service.

We supplied Lincat Oven ranges, griddle and fryer and Classeq glass and dishwasher. Stainless Steel benches, sinks and hot cupboard supplied by my trusted fabricators.

We are all very excited about what culinary delights Nick is going to produce and we wish him the very best for the future.

Check out St Peter's website.

Leiths School of Food and Wine - Tasting Kitchen

You will no doubt have seen the adverts promoting the recent partnership between Leiths School of Food and Wine and Asda. To facilitate this new partnership a new tasting kitchen had to be provided. Pyramid Catering Equipment are privilleged to have been involved in the provision of the new kitchen. Total works involved upgrading the lighting system and provision of new electrical outlets, connection, testing and commissioning of gas supply, servicing of gas ranges and supply of new Classeq dishwasher and Gram refrigeration.

Stainless steel fabrication was expertly welded on site by Goldstar fabrication and final installation completed by Pyramid Catering Equipment.

University For Creative Arts - Epsom

Recent installation at the University for Creative Arts in Epsom involved redesigning the kitchen area and also design of new servery counters. Once the main areas had been altered we then re-installed the existing catering equipment along with some new equipment as supplied by Pyramid Catering Equipment. We then delivered and installed the new servery counters with granite tops and wasabi lainate fascias. The whole installation looks stunning.

Owl & Pussycat, Shoreditch

If you are ever in the Shoreditch area and are looking for a fabulous dining experience then you have to visit the Owl & Pussycat on Redchurch Street. OK, I am bound to talk the place up because I designed and fitted the kitchen there! But believe me, the food is out of this world.

Here vare some photos of the kitchen, I'll leave it for you to check out the restaurant yourselves.

And yes you are seeing a kitchen without a microwave! The food is all freshly prepared on the premises, absolutely nothing being bought in pre-prepared.

A Falcon Solid Top Range is the centre price of the cookline and supported by a Lincat Six Burner Range with grill over (existing equipment that we removed, cleaned and serviced) Lincat Combination Oven and twin pan gas fryer.

Stone Barn Installation

The Stone Barn installation is now complete and client is very happy. Pyramid Catering Equipment have once again exceeded expectations. It is the attention to detail that makes the difference and having a full understanding of what the client actually wants (even when they may not actually know themselves).

The main kitchen area you can see is located next to the largest BBQ I have ever seen. The BBQ is capable of cooking four sides of lamb at once and was fabricated and fitted by the owner's brother-in-law. Wedding guests will have full view of this impressive sight and will be able to watch their wedding breakfast being prepared.

The contrast between the black powder coated exterior of the extract canopy with the stainless steel inside panels and wall cladding look absolutely stunning. The vanity panels on the centre bench and to the rear of the wall benches give a high quality finish.

The main kitchen is adjoined by a wash and prep room where the aftermath of the wedding breakfast can be dealt with out of view of the wedding guests.

The Stone Barn is an absolutely fabulous venue for weddings, the building itself is fantastic and the location and surrounding countryside is stunning. I am confident that the kitchen installation does justice to such a wonderful site.
