Supplier Deliveries
I have arranged for all of the equipment required for Thursday's instalation at the Stone Barn to be deliveredinto my fabricator for onward delivery to site. This way everything gets delivered at the same time on a timed delivery to avoid waiting round for numerous transit compannies to arrive. The problem is one of my suppliers has let me down. Hopefully I will be able to divert the delivery direct to site for Thursday so we won't be delayed, however, what happens if this is not possible? If the ovens are not able to be delivered until Friday I will have to send an engineer back to site to install, which incurs its own cost. The final payment from the customer will be delayed as copmpletion will not be as promised. So who is going to pay for this? In the past I have little joy from suppliers when trying to get compensation for expense incurred due to delayed or failed deliveries. Hopefully it won't come to that but it does raise an important question as to liability in these cases. I will keep you informed of progress.

Find out what decorations (if any) are included in the caterer’s price. Ask to see pictures of their table displays. Some caterers that do buffets or food stations will include floral arrangements and other decorations. As your wedding plans progress, talk to your caterer about your color theme so that all decorations and floral arrangements will coordinate.Catering Equipment
